These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the VirtueNest website and the VirtueNest GPT Feed Shopify app (together, the “Service”). By installing the app or using the website, you agree to these Terms.

The Service

VirtueNest helps Shopify merchants make their product catalogs discoverable to AI shopping assistants by generating and maintaining an AI-readable product feed and resolving common crawl-access and structured-data issues.

Plans & billing

Paid plans are billed through Shopify’s billing system. Every plan includes a 7-day free trial. Prices and product limits are shown on our Pricing page. You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time through Shopify; cancellation stops future charges and ends access at the close of the billing period.

Acceptable use

• Use the Service only for stores and catalogs you own or are authorized to manage.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or abuse the Service.
• Do not use the AI Shopping Audit against stores you do not control in a way that burdens their servers.

The AI Shopping Audit

The audit performs read-only analysis of publicly available pages. It is provided “as is” for informational purposes; results reflect the state of a store at the time of the crawl and do not guarantee any particular outcome in AI shopping surfaces.

No third-party endorsement

VirtueNest is an independent product. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by OpenAI, ChatGPT, Shopify, or any other third party referenced on this site.

Disclaimer & liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, VirtueNest is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date above.
